What's the difference between Essentials, Enhanced, and Professional?+
Essentials ($7.99) is a content-driven automated report (8 pages) with real property imagery, measured footprint, geometry snapshot, and provenance. Enhanced ($17.99, 10+ pages) adds measured 3D + pitch, a validated 2D roof plan when geometry passes, accessory inventory, and material/waste planning. Professional ($44.99, 12+ pages) adds supported damage evidence, claim docs, and human review by SkaiMeasure Quality Control before delivery. Reports include only pages backed by real data — length varies by property.
What does the confidence score mean?+
Every report shows Low, Medium, or High confidence based on imagery quality, building match certainty, and geometry validation. We never hide a low score — it tells you whether to treat the numbers as preliminary or field-verify them first.
If confidence is low, do I still get a PDF?+
Essentials and Enhanced still deliver when our safety checks pass, clearly labeled for field verification. Hard failures stop the report instead of inventing numbers — and they do not wait on the Professional review queue.
Do I need an account to order?+
You can start an order with an email. Creating an account lets you keep report history, company seats, branding, and free credits in one workspace.
Google vs email magic link — which should I use?+
Either works. Google is fastest if you already use that inbox for the job. Magic link is best when you want the delivery email to match the address on the order without linking a Google account.
What if my property can't be measured?+
If Google Solar has no building or imagery near the pin, we stop instead of inventing numbers and notify support for next steps.
How do free report credits work?+
Some accounts have free credits per report tier (Essentials, Enhanced, Professional). On the pay page, open Promotion and choose Free report. Credits are tied to the order email and burn one credit per completed redemption.
How do company seats and invites work?+
Create a company workspace under Company, then invite teammates by email. Workspaces include up to 50 active seats. Owners and admins manage roles, who reports to whom, branding, and which report tiers the team can purchase. Managers only see their own reports plus people under them; members see their own.
Can I send a report into SkaiScrape?+
Yes — open Integrations in your workspace, create a company if needed, then Connect to SkaiScrape (owner/admin). SkaiMeasure remains the billing system of record; SkaiScrape receives completed reports for CRM workflows.
Why is Professional different from Essentials?+
Professional is built for claim and job documentation, and every Professional report is checked by a SkaiMeasure Quality Control reviewer before it reaches you. Essentials and Enhanced stay fully automated — they only pause if our safety checks find a genuine problem, like the wrong building.
