1. Product
SkaiMeasure is a ClearSkai Technologies product that provides automated and human-reviewed roof measurement documentation for contractors and restoration professionals. These Terms govern access to the website, ordering flow, company workspaces, and delivered reports.
2. Preliminary measurements
SkaiMeasure Essentials and Enhanced reports are preliminary measurement documents generated from available imagery and provider data. They auto-release only when release gates pass, and they are not LiDAR surveys, stamped engineering documents, or certified as-built drawings. Professional reports produce an automated draft, then require human approval before the final certified PDF is released. All tiers still require field verification before material ordering or construction decisions.
3. Contractor responsibility
You remain responsible for confirming the correct structure, validating measurements on site, complying with local codes, and making all purchasing or construction decisions. ClearSkai Technologies is not a general contractor, engineer, or insurer.
4. Accounts and company seats
Passwordless sign-in uses the email you provide. Company workspaces include up to 50 active seats. Owners and admins control invitations, roles, and purchasing policy. You must not share access tokens or invite unauthorized users.
5. Payments and refunds
Report purchases are billed per order through Stripe. If coverage is unavailable or a report cannot be produced with acceptable confidence, we route the order for review or refund according to the product rules in effect at purchase. Chargebacks for delivered reports may result in account restrictions.
6. Integrations
When your company connects SkaiScrape or another approved integration, you authorize SkaiMeasure to share the report metadata and downloadable artifacts required by that connection. SkaiMeasure and SkaiScrape identities remain separate unless an explicit company link is authorized.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment or seat limits, scrape the platform, or reverse engineer provider data beyond what your license permits.
