1. Who we are
SkaiMeasure is operated by ClearSkai Technologies. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse the site, create an account, order a report, or join a company workspace.
2. Information we collect
We collect account email, company membership details, property addresses and map selections, order and payment metadata from Stripe, report artifacts, support messages, and essential technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.
3. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, process payments, generate and deliver reports, enforce company permissions, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.
4. Providers
Property coverage and measurement inputs may come from Google Solar and related Google Maps Platform services. Payments are processed by Stripe. Email delivery uses Resend. Application data is stored in Supabase. Each provider processes data under its own terms and our contractual instructions.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers that help us operate SkaiMeasure, with company teammates you invite, and with connected products such as SkaiScrape when an authorized company integration is active.
6. Retention
Order, payment, and report records are retained for operational, accounting, and dispute purposes. You may request access or deletion subject to legal and fraud prevention requirements by contacting support.
